German Bakery Technology

Our pockets are designed to fit proofers manufactured by German Bakery Technology GmbH from Germany. Made of a balanced compound of food grade plastics both frame and mesh may come into direct contact with dough pieces.
The frame is available in a couple of colors: (standard) white, combined with white colored mesh. Blue colored frame with white and alternatively with blue colored mesh.

Additionally the pocket is also available with the frame made from Blue colored Metal Detectable resin.
